Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached.
- Final sale, clearance, and intimate items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@aurevinostyle.com. We will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.
- Shipping fees (including express or insurance costs) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Please contact us promptly.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If the package interception fails, please contact us for the return address after the package has been signed for. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- No compensation will be provided for rejected packages.
Size Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Size exchanges are available for unused items with our tags attached.
- Exchange Process: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition, and size exchanges are subject to availability. Please include the reason for exchange and the preferred size when contacting us.
- Shipping and Fees: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return and reshipment fees. Additional costs, such as price differences between sizes and applicable taxes, may apply. A return address will be provided after confirming the exchange.
Out of Stock Items
- If an item is out of stock, your order will be canceled and refunded. You will be notified by email once the cancellation is processed.
Unacceptable Return/Exchange Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The item does not meet the 30-day return/exchange criteria.
- The product is improperly used, including contact with wet objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, or cooking oils, or if it has been overheated.
- The product shows wear such as loose threads, cracks from external scratches, or internal damage.
- The product has been faded due to improper display.
- The product appears used or is missing our quality control label.
- Items purchased on promotion or during special activities (except for defective or quality issue items).
- Damaged packaging or missing accessories upon delivery.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
- If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The fee depends on the express company chosen.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged goods), the consumer will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
