Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Order Status: You can track the status of your order under the Order History section on our website.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Alternatively, you can track your order directly on our site.
- Tracking Delays: If you don't receive tracking info within 5 business days after payment, please reach out to us at service@formulaclo.com for assistance. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Missed Delivery
- Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to reach you, they will leave a message or card with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
Shipping Issues
- Change of Address:
If you need to change your address before shipment, please contact us with your order number, email address, and new address. We will confirm the change within 4 hours. - Wrong Shipping Address:
If you notice a wrong shipping address within 48 hours of receiving the tracking number, we may be able to correct it and recover your package. After this period, we will try to find a solution, but it's not guaranteed. - Package Stopped by Customs:
If your package is held by customs, we will notify you via email and arrange for a re-shipment. Please allow extra time for delivery. - Tracking Number Not Updated:
If your tracking number has not been updated for an extended period, we will either resend the package at no extra cost or offer a refund. - Package Delivered But Not Received:
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we will first contact the carrier to confirm delivery. If the package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible, but we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
