Returns
Return Period:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with our tags still attached.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be issued upon successful return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return address will be provided after the return is confirmed.
Return Agreement:
Once a return has been approved, modifications or cancellations will not be accepted. Please contact us before initiating a return.
Size Exchange
Eligibility:
Size exchanges are available if the item is unused and the tags are still attached. Each order is eligible for one exchange.
Shipping and Fees:
Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipment shipping fees, as well as any additional charges such as the price difference between sizes and applicable sales tax. We will provide the return address after confirming the exchange.
